Please bring all of your existing all original certificates & mark sheets/ transcripts

Degree Application for Convocation 2012 (On going)

Students of EMPH & MPH  (who already have fulfilled the requirements of EMPH & MPH degree) are cordially requested to contact with the Office of the Department of Public Health, SAC 827/829 by February 20, 2013.
For smooth application please bring 2 copies of passport size photograph with Tk. 5000/ for Original Certificate, Tk. 2000/ for Provisional Certificate and Tk. 300/ per sheet of Transcript. all together Tk. 7300/.
